A Lovely Little Love Story
Hold on to your tissues, folks, because this is the kind of romantic tale you usually only find in dark theaters while munching on buttery goodness and Sour Patch Kids. These two lovebirds went to high school together but didn’t actually meet until 7 years later (be still, my heart!). A blind lunch date filled with great conversation, the yearning to know more, and yes, a possible “fashionably late” appearance by one of this team’s members, eventually lead to their incredibly beautiful St. John’s United Methodist wedding ceremony in Aiken, SC.
There was dancing. There were bubbles. There were tears. There were laughs…and there was more dancing. A lot more. Filled with simple yet elegant sentimental touches passed down from generations, personalized M & M’s to satisfy any sweet tooth, and an amazing group of family and friends in serious party mode, Libby & Alton’s special day was sweeter than a tall glass of Southern tea.
In 10 years, Libby & Alton will be listening to “You are the Best Thing” by Ray LaMontagne as they reminisce on their wedding day, tucking in their super cute kids, and fiercely debating on whether to watch The Patriot or Pride and Prejudice.
