A Pretty Place and a Beautiful Love Story
High up in the mountains of South Carolina is a place so breathtaking it is simply called “Pretty Place.” For Brittany and Kevin, it was their perfect place to exchange vows this fall with family and friends looking on…
Prepare for a heartwarming love story, folks! We’re talking the kind you can’t write or even Tivo on Lifetime. Kevin moved to Charleston when he was 16, and his father became the pastor at a local church. Well, as all the best romantic tales go, it just so happens this was Brittany’s childhood church. A touch of luck, a sprinkle of destiny, and a huge helping of love and faith later, they found themselves at Pretty Place to celebrate their special day.
They danced away to “Love Never Fails” and soaked in the incredible views as they made their way to an unforgettable reception at Table Rock. When these two music-lovers aren’t busy jamming out to some stellar hits from the 90’s (here’s to you, Backstreet Boys), they are sharing their sincere faith and spending time with family. In 10 years, they’ll be celebrating a decade of loving marriage and probably introducing their kids to a little girl rock…and a few MMMBops along the way.

Could you tell me where the reception was held? Trying to find something close by.
Yes, the reception was held at Table Rock Lodge (http://www.southcarolinaparks.com/tablerock/tablerock-lodge.aspx). It’s about a 30 minute drive down into SC, there’s not a lot of reception options close to Pretty Place!
Beautiful. Who was the photographer?Who was your minister?
Thanks so much! Craig and Lindsey were the actual photographers for this wedding, and the minister is the groom’s father who also happens to be a minister. It was very special for Brittany and Kevin to have him marry them!
Beautiful is all I can say. I’ve loved this place since I was a child attending camp Greenville. You guys looked wonderful, and I wish you the best in your lives together!
