A Love Story: Knock, Knock! Who’s There? 

They met when Lauren showed up on Justin’s doorstep. Not in the, “I’m a stalker from a Lifetime movie” sense, but more in the super cute “destiny has brought us together and we don’t even know it yet” sense. Lauren’s cousin was dating Justin’s roommate, and they were all set to meet for lunch. Little did they know, it would lead to an incredible ceremony overlooking Greenville’s Reedy River…

They swayed to Etta James’ “At Last” in what rivaled a stunning scene from a classic noir film. Pops of rich blues and vibrant teal added a dash of color to the brick backgrounds of the gorgeous Huguenot Loft. Special touches included personal vows, peacock feathers, and an intimate candlelight glow. It was the perfect blend of classic and modern.

In 10 years, this happy couple hopes to be proud parents as Justin puts spines back into shape (he’s currently a chiropractic student) and Lauren gets people looking glamorous (she’s a hair and makeup artist). If they were stranded on a deserted island and could only bring two movies to watch for all eternity, Lauren would bring a documentary teaching her how to live life in the tropics…and more practically, Justin would opt for Dumb & Dumber.
