We’re really excited to share with you the wedding of two wonderful friends, Amy and Tony!

They had a beautiful ceremony at The Cross on Lake Junaluska, a place where Amy made her childhood dreams come true. She grew up always wanting to be married at that perfect spot, and finally, she had her perfect man to make it a reality.

Well, she had him almost 10 years ago. And again 5 years ago.

But in 2010, the third time was definitely the charm!

They met through mutual friends (that had begun dating) the first time 10 years ago and dated briefly again when those same friends got engaged 5 years ago. And although they enjoyed each other’s company, they still were not quite to a point in their lives where they were the perfect fit. But when they reconnected in the fall of 2010, there weren’t just sparks, there were fireworks! They knew they had to see each other again, and again and again.

So between spending time with each other and family, they enjoy good wine, good food and traveling whenever they can. And all of that was the feeling of their entire wedding weekend. It was all about celebrating their love, being with their families and enjoying all those things they love.

From both of their fathers marrying them, Amy’s mother’s veil, her grandmother’s crystal, all the way to the apply jelly and butter handpicked and handmade by Amy and Tony for their guests. No two people could be more meant for each other, or better friends.
