Hi everybody, it’s Ashley!
Typically when you ask someone to describe themselves in three words, you get the normal, “outgoing, clumsy, organized”.
You ask Zack, you get “Crazy.In.Love”. And that is the way these two are with each other.
He and Elizabeth had not even known each other a year yet on their wedding day, but for them the love was strong and immediate. There weren’t any questions about it. They were in love and between their love for each other and the faith they put in God to direct them, they knew they had found who they were meant to be with.
Elizabeth and Zack found each other on the same bench in the same hall at MUSC where Elizabeth’s parents had met many years earlier. How’s that for divine intervention?
Both of their parents are just as amazing and raised Elizabeth and Zack in similarly loving, faith filled environments. You could tell there were two proud families at this wedding, and Elizabeth’s father showed her in a very special way how proud he was and how special she is to him.
As he escorted her on to the dance floor for their special dance together, out on the stage walks Edwin McCain! I don’t know how he did it, but he arranged a surprise performance from the international recording artist, and he was there to sing during their father daughter dance. Of course Elizabeth and the majority of the room was surprised and excited, but it was an incredibly special moment for the two of them.
The rest of the night was the biggest dance party I’ve seen in a while. The floor was packed! And I saw moves I’ve never seen before and will probably never see again! Some may have been illegal 😉 . This group could dance, jump, swing and probably would have hung from the chandeliers if they were allowed. I’ve never seen so many people have so much fun at one time. Elizabeth and Zack had an incredible time celebrating with their friends and family and I’m sure it won’t be the last time a dance floor is attacked by this bunch!
All the best to two wonderful people. Congratulation Elizabeth and Zack!

WOW! Tears of joy in fond remembrance of that special night with these precious people. I’m dad of Maid of Honor Lindsey Ruff. Watching this is especially poignant & sentimental to me as Elizabeth’s parents move to Kentucky today! We miss ’em already and hope to see them, Zack & Elizabeth often for years in the future.
I love your post Ashley! Thanks again for all you did for us. We miss seeing you. Hope you’re doing awesome.
This slide show and the beautiful photographs are amazing! They allow me to relive many wonderful memories from their special day.
