Effervescent!

That’s a great word to describe our beautiful bride, Marissa. She was just so full of energy and excitement the day she married her love, Pat. This lovely couple became Mr. & Mrs. Illig in front of family and friends at the gorgeous Cliffs at Glassy Chapel. They were able to enjoy the beautiful view while they exchanged vows in a classy, yet relaxed atmosphere – exactly what they were wanting for their wedding day!

Marissa was so excited about her wedding dress (as most brides usually are) but she was able to pair it with some very special family heirlooms that included her grandmother’s garter as well as a pearl bracelet made from her Great Aunt’s necklace. Having these special touches meant so much to her as well as her family on such a special day!

Marissa and Pat love spending time with their dog, Freckles (what a cute name!) as well as cooking and working out together. The working out definitely comes in handy for Pat. Although his day to day profession is as a Financial Analyst, he is also trained as a pro wrestler – how cool is that?! That’s actually one of the things that impressed Marissa when they first met. She thought Pat was funny and brave because he performed in a wrestling show in front of their whole college in a teeny, tiny wrestling outfit 😉 .
