We came into Tiffany and Pres’ wedding day not really knowing what to expect. We knew it would be emotional- most weddings are- but this one was going to be more emotional than most. You see, Tiffany’s father passed away suddenly just two months prior to her wedding. But Tiffany, Pres, and their families were determined to make this wedding day as joyous as it should have been, and they certainly succeeded. There were so many tears shed, but mainly tears of joy as this was a day of celebration. Tiffany is one of the kindest, most sincere and strongest people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting…it’s no wonder Pres fell for her. And we could tell that he was a wonderful pillar of support for her and her family.
Tiffany and Pres had a beautiful wedding at the Furman chapel where Tiffany’s father was sure to be watching over them as her brother walked her down the aisle. Tiffany’s brother and mother gave her away and she and Pres made their commitment to each other in front of friends and family. They honored her father’s memory with a candle in the front of the church and rejoiced in the love they shared with him and with each other.
One of my favorite moments from the day, was after Tiffany and Pres exited their ceremony, Tiffany returned to escort her mother out of the church. It was hard to keep the tears at bay, but their radiant smiles were a testament to their strength and love.
We are so honored to have been a part of such a beautiful day and we wish Tiffany and Pres all the best!
