Anna was married to Aaron recently in a beautiful ceremony in the chapel at First Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg, SC. We shot this bridal portrait session at her family’s home where they also held their wedding reception (can’t wait to share those pictures!).
It was incredibly special for Anna to be able to have her closest friends and family share in her special day at a place close to her heart, so what better place to have her bridal session than at home? She wore a beautiful bridal gown, simple but lovely pearl earrings and her great grandmother’s veil which she bought in Belgium many years ago. The veil has been worn by many of the women in her family and she has continued the tradition. Below are just a few of my favorite shots, and although Anna was a bit under the weather that day, she still made a stunning bride! Both of her parents, her sister and a good friend were all in attendence which made it even more special for everyone, and they made excellent assistants I might add!
