Mutual friends set up Leah and Robert on their first date…and Leah just loved how Robert’s eyes looked when he smiled! They spent the evening talking and laughing together and clearly hit it off. And they were so excited for that friend who set them up to officiate their wedding as well. Tim was Robert’s youth pastor, and since he was responsible for this love connection, they were honored to have him be the one to make it official.
Leah is an incredibly sweet teacher who is extremely creative and wants the beauty of the simple things in life. A family of their own (some day), family talks around the dinner table and some cuddling on the couch before bed. “Living the dream” as she puts it. And Robert is the center point of that dream and shares it with her.
They couldn’t take their eyes off one another on their wedding day, and were so thrilled and overwhelmed to see each other. Knowing they were about to make their commitment to each other official was one of the happiest moments to witness.
They held their ceremony at Grace Baptist Church in downtown Greenville, SC and followed that with a reception at the Brick Street Café. As they put it, Brick Street is whimsical and comfortable, just as they are!
We are honored to have been a part of the love and joy they shared with friends and family, and we wish them nothing but the same for their future!
