Emily and Ben met in passing while hanging out with mutual friends 4 years before they saw each other again. It was at a young adult Bible study and Emily just thought Ben was SUPER cute! And the following week when he approached her, she was so excited that she couldn’t even remember meeting him the first time! They found out they only lived a few blocks from one another and it was a great excuse to “get the neighborhood together for a cookout.” Nice.
Emily and Ben were unbelievably sweet people and so wonderful together. One of my favorite moments of the day was when they had their first look before the ceremony. Emily came up behind Ben and tapped him on the shoulder, and all the while she was giggling. Ben turned around and his first words to her were complete gibberish. He was stunned silly and literally couldn’t form words! He eventually recovered and told her how gorgeous she was.
Their entire day was full of love and laughter and they truly focused on the important moments. Emily really wanted her day to be classy and fun and she accomplished that completely! Friends and family were able to celebrate with them and share in their happiness and it was an honor for me to be a part of their special day.
Emily and Ben, I wish you much love and laughter in your future together!
